重灌XP後部份軟件再不能重灌(圖)

重灌WINDOWS XP成功, 不過重前用着的軟件工具再不能重灌來用了.
請問站長和各前輩是否能在剛重灌Windows XP及還未接通上網前就要將所有應用的軟件重灌就可以成功的了?
根據以下圖示, 有些軟件在重灌時, 就被一個名為 monitor.exe 的東西防障着重灌的進行. 而又發現當網絡在Windows XP重灌後第一次接駁上網時, 微軟Microsofe就會自動的迫使電腦安裝一大堆所謂"保安"的軟件在電腦中, 繼而很多在未重灌Windows XP的軟件再不能重灌. 氣死我了.
