家中其中一部電腦不能登入gmail.google.com的gmail信箱

家有兩部XP電腦, Dell 4600 (520MB) 和 Dell 4400 (640MB), 用着同一DSL modem 6.0Mbps上網, 近日發現袛有Dell 4400 (640MB) 在www.gmail.google.com寫入任何的信箱用戶名稱及密碼後, 當正在載入的籃線走到近末尾時停頓下來(插圖), 等一會兒後便顯示出"這會比平常花上更長的時間..."等句子, 當按下"嘗試重新載入頁面"後, 一會兒後有一新的 Internet Explorer 視窗顯示出來(插圖), 當按 Don't Send 或 Send Error Report 時, 電腦即時斷其網絡連線, 又再要在卓面上按上 e 的 icon 後才能重新再上網.
問題:
1 為何衹有這個Dell 4400不能登入任何gmail的電郵用戶?
2 是否Dell 4400 有病毒來阻擋gmail的用戶登入? (但巳用McAfee Security防毒掃苗過為無毒)
3 怎辦?
