XP sp3安裝後, 有些程式不能再動, 很煩

每次啟動電腦時都跳出"更新SP3"的對話框, 感覺煩腦, 但又想保持其"自動視窗更新的設定"功能來更新SP3以外的更新. 怎辦?
換句話說: 即是SP3巳被自動下載但還未安裝的情況下怎樣避免"更新SP3"對話框的出現?

如果錯手按了安裝XP SP3, 後悔, 請問在不用重灌XP情況下, 怎辦才回復到SP2?
剛才得知: "變更、移除程式刪除處有得刪"

請問大家有否任何對XP SP3的投訴?
