如何刪除當機後的"~"開頭的暫存檔？

如何刪除當機後的"~"開頭的暫存檔？

因為常開機數天未關機，
我的電腦常當機，
每次都要重開機才會正常，
沒多久又速度變很慢，然後檔案自動被系統關閉。
聽說每次當機後電腦會有~開頭的暫存檔，存在電腦某個角落，
讓電腦空間愈來愈不夠，
請問我要去哪裏找到它們然後刪掉？
所有"~"開頭的檔案都可以刪嗎？

我有送修電腦，
工程師跟我說我的電腦不會中毒的啦！
結果我執行掃毒有掃到病毒...
我跟工程師說可否幫我檢查電腦軟硬體是否有問題，
他說沒問題的啦！
結果我的電腦還是不斷當機...愈來愈慢...
我自己要從哪裏去檢查電腦軟硬體哪裏有問題呢?
