3DSMAX6 安裝後因 monitor.exe 告示而不能首次開啟

3DSMAX6 安裝後因 monitor.exe 告示而不能首次開啟

因有病毒重灌Windows XP, 後安裝 3dsmax6, 首次開啟 3dsmax6 有 monitor.exe 正在運行的告示而不能啟動. 嘗試在 Control Panel 把 3dsmax6 刪除時也同樣出現 monitor.exe 正在運行的告示而不能刪除. 現時 3dsmax6 不能啟動又不能刪除, 都不知怎樣是好. 敬請救救, 多謝.
